Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Ruff Around the Ridges LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Ruff Around the Ridges LLC provides dog walking, hiking, and outdoor adventure services in Oakland, California, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Booking and Cancellation

Booking and cancellation policies:

Service requests must be confirmed by both parties
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances
Refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Pet Owner Responsibilities

Pet owners are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about their dog's health, behavior, and needs
Ensuring their dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health
Informing us of any behavioral issues, allergies, or special requirements
Providing necessary equipment (leash, harness, etc.) if required
Being available for contact during service times

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, Ruff Around the Ridges LLC is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or incidents that may occur during our services, except in cases of gross negligence. Pet owners are responsible for maintaining appropriate pet insurance.

Safety and Health

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a service early if we determine that continuing would pose a risk to the dog, our handlers, or others. This includes but is not limited to aggressive behavior, illness, or unsafe weather conditions.

Payment

Payment terms and methods will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
